Dr.Rosner and his lovely wife Nicole are the best in the business. They give you realistic expectations and deliver 100%. They’re offices are clean and beautiful. They’re staff are well trained and so nice. I can’t recommend Aura highly enough.

I went for an Otoplasty ( ears). As a performer I always felt insecure on stage when they were fully exposed. I've always wanted to do this procedure and I'm glad I decided to do this and at the right place.
The office itself is very beautiful and organized. The staff was very friendly.

My experience with Dr. Roesner and staff has been amazing! They provided my top surgery in May 2026 and everything was very quick and easy!
After the first consultation I did wait up to a month for the office to communicate with my insurance (something I did have to remind them to do), but once my insurance was cleared, it was extremely easy to move onto scheduling the surgery and subsequent appointments!
