I went in for an unorthodox service: fixing the broken rubber nose rests on my sunglasses. I was expecting to pay a small fee of course, but instead, the folks there took care of the quick service for free. While I was waiting, I saw excellent customer service and they answered every possible questions customers have. It’s wonderful that places with such kindness and care still exist. Thanks again!!!

My elderly mother fell and bent her glasses all out of shape and Valerie at Aspen Eyewear was kind enough to fix them on the spot (replacing the nose pads and bending the temples back into shape) and didn’t even charge despite the fact that the glasses weren’t originally purchased from them. This kind of customer service is rare and valuable and we will definitely purchase mom’s next pair of glasses from Aspen Eyewear! Mom can’t see at all without her glasses and Valerie definitely saved the day! Thank you:)
