Walked in to get a second opinion eye exam on a Rx written by another area optometrist. Dr Lovell made efforts to accommodate me last minute, gave me a full comprehensive eye exam, was incredibly kind, informative, and took time to explain things to me. In the end she found I needed a different Rx, and suggested so. All this without being an established patient at the time. 5 star experience. I'll be back.

I scratched my cornea, altitude worked me in to their Saturday schedule, the doctor I met with was very thorough and showed a great deal of concern in dealing with my eye. While I would still recommend against scratching your eye, If you just can’t help it, I would sure recommend altitude for taking care of it!

After a mediocre experience with an expensive Ophthalmologist I went here instead. They did a fantastic job. A compressive check up with all the newest technology and equipment. Dr Lovell was very thorough, kind and knowledgable. She was patient and answered all my questions. I'll definitely be back for my annual check ups and recommending this place to others.
