As a nurse its important for me to do self care. My Reik session was amazing. Feel so much more balanced. I also had the Lymphatic Message. Totally cleaned out the toxins from my body!! it's important to take care of you and can't think of a better way to do so.
Had my first Lymphatic session. I’ve had chronic swelling in my lower legs. Already felt a positive change after one session. Legs have definitely gone down!! Why did I wait so long to do this!!!!
