1st Response did a great job on our home! Mark has a strong attention to detail and views the roof as a system that works as a part of the whole. He was willing to open the can of worms into some ancient water damage and ensure a long lasting repair. I feel other companies would have taken short cuts or ignored the problem all together and covered it up as they did in the past. I have been around the block a few times. This is one of the companies that cares about your home's longevity.

Marc is incredible!! He helped us out with a roof leak that we were concerned was already a big internal home issue. He spent as much time as needed diagnosing the problem, educated us about what was actually happening (spoiler, not what the internet told us) and literally fixed our issue completely the exact same day. Within a few hours of reaching out!!! Couldn’t be more grateful and happy with the service we received. He even texted a week later to make sure we stayed dry after some heavy rain. Will be reaching out to Marc again in the future for sure!!

Marc and his team were amazing, they went above and beyond at every turn and got our roof on in no time, after it had already been denied by multiple times by the insurance company. I would absolutely use him again in the future. Some of the other guys we talked to were extremely pushy and only saw a possible big payday from the insurance company, didn't really care about us or our home. Here i am months later everything is still perfect. And as I side note the clean up was spectacular, months later and I haven't even found 1 nail. I'm actually shocked because so many people were working that day but the teamwork shows in the details. THANKS Marc!!
