“We are first time home owners in Durango and bought a fixer upper. As you can imagine, its needed A LOT of work. We have had Dan and Chase over on multiple occasions to install a sink/disposal, move an entire outdoor water line, install water spigots around the house, install a main water shut off valve and most recently repeatedly repair and try to help us with regards to our hot water heater. Let me tell you, thats been a nightmare trying to warranty parts for it and Dan and Chase have gone to bat for us trying to hold the hot water heater manufacturer accountable. We are in the process of trying to warranty the entire thing. I have called them rain or shine, during the holidays and after hours and they ALWAYS respond right away, and are professional and on time.
