When our roof unloaded into our fence it took out two sections between our neighbors and ours house. Tim came out and took a look and gave us a realistic timeline for getting if fixed once the snow melted and new posts could be installed. He kept in touch with us the few months leading up to the repair and was out right after the ground thawed. He gave us great communication and most important his would was of high quality.
