When we first bought our house, All Seasons sticker was on our boiler. We called and used Dan to tune up the boiler, replace all the glycol, etc--and we were happy with his (fairly expensive) work. Since then, we've had Dan out about once per year to work on/fine tune the boiler.Everything's been fine until this year, and his service went right down the toilet. Had to replace a pump on the boiler, quoted "about $300 for the impeller--that's all we have to replace" and ended up with a $901 bill. Discovered a leak in the system, Dan said we'll have to abandon the existing plastic line, drill up through your hardwood floor, run exposed pipes, put in baseboard heaters, etc....read full review

I called All Seasons when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. The 1st time they were out they said they couldn't locate the source of the leak and tightened all of the connections. A week later it was leaking so I called them back out. On their 2nd trip out they determined the faucet WAS leaking. They installed a new faucet I had previously purchased. In all I was charged $165 per trip ($110 per hour for labor + $55 travel time) totaling $330 to replace a leaking kitchen faucet that I provided. We are first time home owners in Durango and bought a fixer upper. As you can imagine, its needed A LOT of work. We have had Dan and Chase over on multiple occasions to install a sink/disposal, move an entire outdoor water line, install water spigots around the house, install a main water shut off valve and most recently repeatedly repair and try to help us with regards to our hot water heater. Let me tell you, thats been a nightmare trying to warranty parts for it and Dan and Chase have gone to bat for us trying to hold the hot water heater manufacturer accountable.
