We spend time in Vail and I'm extremely lucky to have found Synergy to continue my pilates practice while I am away from home. The studio is clean, well equipped with BB allegro 2 reformers and all the other necessary equipment for a great session. Online booking is simple and easy for the classes too. But the real reason I am writing this review is to praise the quality of instructors they have at this studio. I took 8 classes from this studio while I was visiting Vail this winter, and I cannot say enough good things about this studio. Every instructor was professional, friendly, extremely competent, and just a pleasure to be around. Although the classes were extremely challenging, the instructors provided modifications that made the classes doable and fulfilling. If you’re looking for a studio that is clean, welcoming, has beautiful equipment and excellent instructors, you cannot go wrong going to Synergy!

Amazing workout, went to the 6am with Anna and it was the perfect mixture of muscle burn and stretch. I definitely feel ready to hit the slopes now! Clean studio with ample amount of equipment. A Pilates girl’s dream!
