Very hard to find with little signage in the parking lot. You have to go behind the building through a small door that looks like an emergency exit rather than an entrance. The front desk is not reliable and hard to reach and the medical staff is impossible to reach. While the doctors are nice the clinic itself isn't worth it.
The medical field is short-staffed and behind just like every other business these days. However, Deb Burns N.P., makes the visit worth while. I have visited plenty of other caregivers in the area at any given time. Their time with you is typically dictated by the insurance companies and you will get about 5 - 10 mins with them if you're lucky. Mountain Family Health and Debra Burns, N.P., make you feel as though they truly care about solving your issue. They take the time and listen to whatever they issue may be. Deb is very good at looking at the problems from a different perspective and seeing all routes available to solve them. Deb has a wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel truly looked after.
