I left the practice of Mindy Cooper (MC) on the day that she interrupted me and told me she only had time for one issue during my appointment. Mind you, I had had an appointment earlier that week that she had cancelled that same morning, and when her office staff heard my distress, they offered me a video appointment with MC that same afternoon instead (why could she do video but not in-person?). Just 3-4 minutes into the video appointment, MC brusquely told me I needed an in-person appointment instead. No duh. FYI, this practice and all of CMM and Vail Health presumably, refuse to write rx's so patients may access affordable GLP-1's through highly reputable compounding pharmacies; in effect turning a callous blind eye to the medical needs of patients , choosing to serve only those who are financially comfortable.

I received my detailed bill after service. It included a $995 charge for a knee brace that sells direct from the manufacturer for $150. They also misdiagnosed an issue and it set my daughter back by months due to their poor recommendations.
