I received my detailed bill after service. It included a $995 charge for a knee brace that sells direct from the manufacturer for $150. They also misdiagnosed an issue and it set my daughter back by months due to their poor recommendations.
Absolutely terrible customer service and scheduling program. Unfortunately they haven’t improved at all in years. Really small changes could have a big impact but they chose not to deliver year after year.
I recently saw NP Irina Pratt. It was the absolute worst care I have ever received. I had a late appointment (440pm), and it was clear she could not care less and wanted to go home. This was the lowest level of care I have ever received and I am so frustrated with this place. I was constantly interrupted, and she was dismissive of my symptoms. Do NOT see her. Urgent care is the best option in this valley. Sad that we can’t feel comfortable going to (or get an appointment in time) a primary care physician
