My partners experience: "I am deeply disheartened to share my experience with Colorado Mountain Medical, which has been a prolonged and distressing journey. Four years ago, at the age of 26, my health began to decline. I was battling an array of invisible symptoms: neuropathy, neuralgia, muscle stiffness, balance issues, overwhelming fatigue, sensory deficits, and extreme temperature sensitivities. The pain was so severe that wearing a shirt became an insurmountable challenge, and I struggled to use my right leg effectively. In December 2020, when these symptoms initially surfaced, starting with an unusual numbness in my right big toe, I turned to Colorado Mountain Medical, hopeful for a diagnosis and treatment. However, my experiences here were marked by dismissal and oversight. My symptoms, which ranged from itchy, burning sensations reminiscent of shingles to debilitating pain wrapping around my torso, were consistently downplayed. Even when simple acts like clothing touching my skin became unbearable, my concerns were not taken seriously. During a visit to my primary care provider at CMM, despite expressing the extreme sensitivity of my skin, a cold metal tuning fork was used on my torso, causing immense pain. My symptoms were attributed to a common cold, an assessment that deeply undermined the severity of my condition. This dismissal persisted, and it took four years before I was diagnosed with a spinal cord tumor (cavernoma), a discovery that came far too late and has irreversibly altered my life. The journey to this diagnosis was fraught with pain and frustration, made all the more difficult by a feeling of being unheard and overlooked by the healthcare professionals I trusted. The early signs, which could have led to a timely intervention, were ignored, leading to significant and lasting impacts on my health. I urge Colorado Mountain Medical to reflect on my experience and adopt a more attentive, compassionate approach to patient care. It's crucial for healthcare providers to listen to their patients, consider all symptoms with the seriousness they warrant, and pursue comprehensive diagnostic processes. My story is a testament to the profound consequences of medical oversight and the critical need for healthcare professionals to truly hear and respond to their patients' concerns."

They don't care, office employee was dismissive and rude. I understand being all about the bottom line, but the lack of Empathy displayed made me never want to step foot in that office again.

my mom went in for an appointment a few days ago she has a hard time speaking English and one of the receptionist I think her name is Ashtrid or Ashley was super kind and even offered to use a translator to help. Front desk was super friendly and the doctors were so welcoming
