I have a very very nice experience with the agent Name NAZIFA, She is a very nice, helpful, sweet and professional. This is my first time in the Walmart vision center and I am very satisfied with her service. She needs raise.

Lucresia was very professional and helped me from start to finish she made it very clear on understanding my prescription as well as picking different frames and lenses for my glasses. I’m so picky but she had all the patience to deal with me. Thank you ☺️

I went to the Aurora Walmart Supercenter's Vision Center for the first time several days ago and had a wonderful experience. I believe Priscilla was the optician who helped me that day. The "string" supporting the lens on my glasses snapped suddenly. All it took was walking into their office and they agreed to fix it by the next day. And just like that, I stopped by the following day and my glasses were good as new!
