I always have such a great experience here! The staff is so kind and welcoming every time I come in. They’re always willing to help, answer my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable with my glasses. I truly appreciate how patient and friendly everyone is. Highly recommend!
If you're like me and you read reviews before you make a decision, your search is over for the best optomotrist office you could hope for. I previously saw 2 different doctors in Nov and Dec. And was misdiagnosed with an eye infection by both. Fortunately , I was referred to Doctor Sasha who painstakingly, and professionally took time to diagnosed me properly on my first visit! I could say that I am a patient for life because the entire staff is extremely friendly, personable , and treat me like family. Or that I felt truly heard and cared for. Just went in today for the first time to this location. My experience was 10/10! ALL of the girls were so friendly, welcoming and can just tell they are excellent workers! Alicia assisted me in helping pick out a frame and she helped throughout the whole process of pricing and broke down everything in detail. I noticed she was also very patient and detailed with other customers as well. I was comfortable the whole time, even in my eye exam the eye doctor was SO kind and she knew what she was doing too, I’ll definitely be back. Shoutout to the girls that work in this location, keep doing what y’all are doing you girls are awesome! ?
