HORRIBLE DOCTORS, HORRIBLE CARE! I'd give it zero stars if it was possible. When the real doctors (b4 covid) say they don't like the way medicine is headed they're talking about this "Dr" office. THESE DOCTORS DO NOT CARE-they look at a computer the entire appt time, they ask the same BS questions over & over. It's almost like they went to a vocational school. They are all on a power trip-if u need a medicine that actually helps u, they won't prescribe it unless it's just an antidepressant! They make u feel stupid for asking questions, they think they know more about ur body than u do & they're 1/2 ur age. It's an embarrassment to "medicine". It is so sterile. I can't convey enough how awful the doctors of these practices are, esp Dr. Spencer-she shows up in ripped jeans & a super tight t-shirt & is condescending & almost d.u.m.b., won't look u in the eyes, if she does she roles them, she's revolting. This is the Lowry office BTW

Horrible service. Unprofessional. I don't have enough bad things to say about SCL Medical Group. Whatever you do, do not make an online appointment with them - they make it impossible to do, and only contact you right when your appointment is beginning, and will tell the doctor that YOU'RE running late, even though it's their fault.

Dr. Pagano is a great doctor. She is one of the best PCPs I've ever had. I'm autistic and oftentimes have difficulty speaking correctly since my father passed away a few months ago. Dr. Pagano, Nicole, and the rest of the incredible staff at SCL Health-Aurora don't make me feel rushed when I am trying to say something. Most importantly, Dr. Pagano is more than competent. She looked at my lab work from before I was her patient, and saw a few potential health issues my previous PCPs had missed. She also doesn't try to get me to take extra tests or prescribe medication that I don't need.
