I have been going to the owner for over 18 years across several salons. Lovely human being. She has NEVER done me wrong and tried rectifying this situation, which is why this gets 4 stars.
Sadly today she was busy and I was out with the other lady who doesn’t even deserve a single star.
We discussed what I wanted and she kept pointing out a style I repeatedly said no to. Then that’s exactly what she gave me!
I said half an inch off, she took over 5 inches. I said no razor and she kept using a razor. I did not want thick super short bangs like she did, I wanted thinner face framing bangs. I did not want a ton of layers and she kept doing more choppy uneven layers.… read full review
