Awesome, very prompt with same day service at no extra charge. Tech was very informative and friendly. Same price no matter what day or time is a plus as well. And.they are running a camera through line at no extra charge. Wish I would have been using them for the last 10 floods I've had.
Christopher was great! He came out Saturday evening to fix our blocked bathtub drain. Our two young boys were very interested, and Christopher was so kind to them and showed them all his equipment and explained what he was doing. Thanks, Christopher!
On a Friday I tried another company that we use for HVAC but they couldn’t get here until Tuesday. We couldn’t wait until then. I called Roto-Rooter and was told they’d have someone out in 2 hours. Around an hour later they showed up and made our repair. We’ve used Roto-Rooter several times in the past and always been more than satisfied.
