My experience at the Aurora location was great! The staff was timely, thorough & compassionate. Great communication throughout the appointment. Leslie (nurse practitioner) was relatable, knowledgeable & kind. She made sure I knew what was going on throughout the entire procedure. Her assistant and KJ (receptionist) were all great. My previous appointments with Planned Parenthood have been at the Park Hill location- it is good to now know there is another great location in the Denver area.
I visited this clinic to receive a form of contraception that my primary healthcare system doesn't offer because they are religiously-affiliated. I had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was warm and welcoming, and the enviroment felt safe and trauma-informed. The explanation of my services was very thorough and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. This clinic is offering important services to our community and I certainly plan to continue to support them. Thank you!
Terrific team! Everything was super easy, from booking online, to arriving via light rail (so convenient, love that). My healthcare associate Christopher was so kind and explained everything clearly and thoroughly which made a great experience even better.
