I came in on early early Sunday morning and greeted to very cheerful smile and was helped by a very kind young lady. She took the time to teach me how to check my daily sign-in dates and even offered me double time on the deep tissue massage chair, which I really needed. She showed great patience, professionalism, and initiative — definitely team-lead material. This employer is lucky to have her.

I really love this gym! It has such an amazing vibe and it’s very clean and everyone is respectful to one another. I don’t get mean looks from other members or feel like someone is sizing me up like every other gym I have been too. It’s just something you need to experience for yourself to truly understand. I took 8 years off from working out and this place has really helped me get back on the road to fitness. I am so grateful.

The gym itself is very nice with both levels. It is clean for the most part except where the tanning facilities are. They were disgusting. You cannot leave it to the members to clean up the area back there as I can tell you most people are absolutely gross and unclean. I know I work in an industry where I deal with such things. Please clean all of you facility and please please get employees that know how to speak and put customer service first!!! They do not here. No person at the desk, not even one of them acknowledged me. How crappy is that, and their were 3 employees up there. As you can tell the work of business is lacking most all areas. Might as well have robots!!
