I cannot say enough amazing things about Gretchen and Personal Pet Care! I feel so lucky to have found her. She is the only person I trust with my pup when I’m away. Gretchen goes to great lengths to ensure my girl has everything she needs for a healthy and happy stay while I’m traveling. Thank you so much for taking care of Astra.This was the first time we have left her for over nites since rescuing her 2 years ago and I was so afraid she would think she was back in foster care!
Gretchen ensured she would be well taken care of - like her own. She realized Astra had a personality and eased her into the other dogs, by the time we came for her (5 days later) she was around the other dogs with no issues. Gretchen updated us, everyday with a video update or text.
