Gretchen willingly took care of my senior dog Emma in July despite a serious health issue. She came through again on New Year's Eve, 2025 with a last minute dog sitting request. Gretchen, thank you for taking such good care of Emma!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Gretchen and Personal Pet Care! I feel so lucky to have found her. She is the only person I trust with my pup when I’m away. Gretchen goes to great lengths to ensure my girl has everything she needs for a healthy and happy stay while I’m traveling. She communicates consistently and sends frequent check-ins so I can see how she’s doing. Gretchen truly loves my dog as her own.

Beyond pet sitting, Gretchen has even helped me during an emergency when my dog developed an ear infection the night before a big trip. Her expertise and insight saved the day, and she was able to create last-minute availability when needed.

Personal Pet Care owner Ms Gretchen is not only the owner operator, she is the dog & human whisperer!

Thank you so much for taking care of Astra.This was the first time we have left her for over nites since rescuing her 2 years ago and I was so afraid she would think she was back in foster care!

Gretchen ensured she would be well taken care of - like her own. She realized Astra had a personality and eased her into the other dogs, by the time we came for her (5 days later) she was around the other dogs with no issues. Gretchen updated us, everyday with a video update or text.

We will always leave Astra with Gretchen!
