I have been going to Never Hair Again for a couple years now and have had consistently positive experiences. The environment is calming, and her work is consistent and high quality. I won’t go anywhere else for electrolysis. The results have been fantastic.

Luann is awesome. She is great at her job, gives realistic advice and care information, and is an accepting, kind individual. Her prices are really affordable on top of that! I've been getting electrolysis with her for close to a year now and I'm really happy with the results I'm getting for the amount of time I see her. Thanks Luann!

I read the reviews and as a heavy set dark hispanic, I was going to just skip this one. But after calling around, she is the only one close and I work, so I don't have the choice of driving across town. I called, she charges by the hour (or fraction of) no pressure to buy a package. I thought, what the heck, give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. I have been going a few times a month for almost a year. She has been nothing but kind and professional. Additionally I feel good about the results on my facial hair removal and more importantly I feel good about myself. I have faced my share of racism and this woman is far from it. I would encourage anyone reading this to also read the other reviews that yelp puts under "un-recommended".
