If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Had laser hair removal done about 3 months ago. Ive had this done before and I thought I knew what to expect... WRONG. First of all, most painful thing EVER. Later that day I realized that the reason it was so painful was because I had over 70 2nd degree burns on my body. Yes.... 70. The scars of which still have not gone away. The day after my session I went back to show her, she said this was to be expected. Again, WRONG. I have a friend in LA who I showed pics to, he said she used a laser that she should have tested on me first. And second, the setting was likely too high. Have used a Groupon there twice. Each time the first appointment is easy to make, the second appointment...never happens! Frustrating!! The first time I thought it was me. This second time I know it wasn't. She didn't answer the phone, didn't return messages, didn't make an effort. I will never use this place again. Waste of money.

raybetts facial was very good and she has a lot of gimmicks that made for an excellent facial but that being said, im not sure id go back. i made an appt and when i got there she was not there and the salon was locked. her building, with the snow melting, was rushing water off the roof and over her door area. she never apologized for her tardiness. she has these long nails and even if they didnt scratch me, they were unprofessional for the work she does.
