We once again used Mr. Appliance for appliance repair. Rod was prompt, thorough and the service was reasonable! We’re grateful for their honest evaluation and the diagnosis of electrical sparking in our microwave/wall oven. The reasonable diagnosis fee saved us a potential house fire! We will continue to use Mr. Appliance when the need arises!

The company itself was super commutative from the moment I booked online and the scheduling was easy with our first visit taking place the next day. Our technician Will was a consummate professional; He was punctual, polite, and friendly. During the service he was clean, quiet, and quick with his work (which was fantastic) and thoroughly explained the service both through initial diagnosis and during repair. I will be using the service again and I will be requesting that same technician.
