I took my dog in for her annual exam and vaccinations. My baby is anxious around new people, but the lovely veterinarian and her assistant took the time to make her feel comfortable. They got on her level and went above and beyond so she felt safe. Not only is the staff warm and welcoming, but I found the prices to be better than other vets in the area. They gave me a quote for a spay and it was cut in half compared to other places. 10/10 recommend!

Recommended by our pet vendor/new puppy exam covered/we had to cover fecal test, which is usually the industry standard/Their lobby furniture was very dirty with pet fur/dirty floors/not very well maintained/their internet connectivity was down and it shook-up their operations bad enough to leave us hanging in the lobby without any explanations, we just overheard bits and pieces that flowed down the hall/Did not receive the test results as promised/4 days later, we called/they gave many excuses for their lateness/We've had many different pets over the past 60 years of our marriage, but treated as first timers with simplified language and perceived ignorance, We should not have been in a hurry for the check-up, but live over 60 miles away and we will not be returning for the covered RX's, we will go to our closer to home Vet.

My dog was injured and they got him in right away and stitched him up at amazingly good price, then just days later he managed to reinjure it and again they took him right in and even stayed 2 hours after closing to restitch and care for him. I can't express how greatful and impressed I am. Thank you so much for everything.

We purchased a new puppy and this vet was on the list for the initial health evaluation. I arrived for an 830 appt and was asked after waiting for an extended period of time if I had an issue waiting for the vet until 10-10:15. After stating that this was not a reasonable option they miraculously had a vet who was able to see our dog within the hour. In addition to the extended wait time, we paid nearly $100 for a stool sample and never received the results. Overall I would not recommend this vet as our first experience here left us unwilling to return. Complete lack of regard for other people’s time in addition to no follow up on tests that were paid for.

This place does not respect your time in way shape or form. 2 appointments, 2 dogs, 2 separate weeks. Each time we arrive early by 5 minutes at least and still wait in the lobby for 20+ minutes just to get the weight taken. Then after that they have you sitting in the exam room for 30+ minutes waiting for shots while you can hear them outside the door just going on and on and on about random gossip instead of just respecting the time of the people and animals waiting for the service we are paying HUNDREDS of dollars for. Would not recommend go some place that values you and your pets time.

I made an appointment on Friday to get my dog's anal glands expressed as I noticed they were inflamed and red and she was scotting and seemed to be in pain. I took my dog in and was told they were only half full and the vet assistant did not know why my dog was scotting and acting like she was in pain.
Saturday morning I went to brush my dog and I did a swipe at her butt and that's when her anal gland ruptured. Needless to say, I was pissed. I spent $56 dollars to have her anal glands expressed so how in the hell did it rupture?? I called that morning and no one answered the phone. I waited a couple of hours and still no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail advising what had happen and to please call me back so I can make an appointment for the ruptured gland. I checked their website to make sure they were open on Saturday and yes, the website advised they were open on a Saturday. I never received a call back.
Here we are on Monday morning and I still have not received a call back. It is now 10:30 am and they have been open since 8 am. I have been going to this vet for 7 years and never had any problems until now. This vet is now under new ownership and after what I went through, I will not be returning. It makes me wonder if they even expressed her anal glands and after spending $56 they should have been expressed properly! I do NOT recommend this clinic at all. 7 years ago, yes I would have recommend this vet, but now. It is not the same.
