The facial technicians at the Aurora SW location are amazing. It’s a shame the hours changed to being so abbreviated, making it hard for those that work during the day to get appointments.
The massage technicians at the Southland location are very good as well. I think it’s odd that their front desk employees wear doo-rags at work. They are friendly, however, it’s not a professional look.

I've gone to Massage Envy sporadically over the years and have never had a bad experience there. I had a gift card to use and went to the Massage Envy in Southlands mall. The on-line booking system was easy to use and much preferred over having to call during their business hours. My appointment was for a 90 minute Massage with Ryan, and he was fantastic! He found all the exact stress points in my neck without me having to tell him. I finally felt a noticeable change in my range of motion when I turned my head and it was such a relief. Ryan was very professional and courteous and took the time and attention needed to ensure that my session was well worth it!

the massage was great… today. i wasnt sure about this first one a few weeks ago…from another massage therapist ( too chatty) i like the massage therapist to let me unwind and not chat to much. the one today was amazing i will definitely go back to her. thank you yuliea. she worked the knot in my neck out. and let me fully relax. would definitely recommend her!
