My brand new washtower was throwing an error code during the dry cycle. I contacted the manufacturer and LG said the vent was clogged and needed to be serviced by a professional. It was a pleasure working with Stuart. He was great communicating about scheduling. Our house is only a couple years old so we have been surprised our new dryer was getting the D80, indicating air flow issues. What Stuart found was on the vent on the roof. There was a clump of lint that built up over time that kept the vent flap from opening all of the way. It was still worth having him clean the pipe to the roof etc. I'll keep Stuart's contact information in my phone for the next time we start getting he flow indicator.

Had my dyer vent cleaned. Stuart was great. Scheduling was quick, he was knowledgeable, fast, and went the extra mile to make sure the dryer was clean. Pricing was competitive too. Highly recommended
