I had a mixed experience here and wanted to share my honest feedback. Shashonta was very friendly and very accommodating. I received what was described as a Brazilian Blowout, but both the procedure and results didn’t fully match what I expected for this type of treatment, and the service was quite expensive (around $600). I wish there had been clearer communication about the product, expected results, and total cost before the appointment.

I have been frequenting this business for the last several years, even before moving to this location. This salon has always been professional in their setting, their expertise and their service. They have even been able to work me in on short notice when I have had “hair emergencies “. I have also used the esthetician at this location (forget her name) and like the rest of the staff she treated me with care and courtesy, listening to what I want and what I prefer. When I ask for suggestions regarding hair styles I am always spoken to kindly and swayed gently, when the style I am considering may not be flattering for me. Love, love this place!

I had such a great experience during my recent visit! The shop is clean and inviting, with soft music that creates a relaxing environment. Online booking is simple and convenient. The Master Stylist is truly amazing — she always takes such great care and makes my hair look soft, shiny, and healthy every time. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend!
