J &J Property Management is an awesome company. They are courteous and professional. I've never rented from a company with a more prompt maintenance team as J & J. Overall I'm very pleased with them.

Hey you all, I have been renting through J&J Porperty since 2013, and I must say they are like family. I can actually interact with them like I would with friends, and family. Anytime there has been a problem with appliances, any concerns they are on it. Krystal is amazing, if she is not in the office she will take her time to email me, or even use her personal cell to contact me back. The rent is affordable. And reasonable, and I have never experienced any redicouls rent increase. When it is time for my annual inspection, or any other reason form them to come in I have always been giving proper notices.
