I called Joy on the verge of a meltdown because I was having issues with a big box property management company that failed to rent my unit for three months and they only advice they had was to keep lowering the price, even though it was priced significantly under-market and they had multiple applicants fall through.I had tried plenty of other larger outfits, but they all seemed the same- hidden fees, getting transferred to multiple contacts throughout the process, gouging tenants. I've worked with Joy and her team several times over the past 8 years. She's assisted me with buying and selling my homes and has always been there for random questions that come up. Her knowledge of the industry is top notch and I wouldn't work with anyone else. I look forward to using her as a property manager in the future.

I was having trouble renting one of my properties in the Denver metro area when I was recommended to Long Realty. I was very surprised how quickly my phone call was returned and the level of professionalism that I received. I have two other properties that I will be giving them to handle so I can enjoy my retirement, Thank you.
