I received a gift certificate from a friend for this place. I read the reviews on yelp and Google and I was incredibly apprehensive about coming here. Honestly- if I didn't have gift certificate, I don't think I would have given them a chance. But I made my appt anyway and decided to hope for the best. My mom came with me- she got a pedicure and loved it. Trina did her service and my mom says she was very nice. For my service- I had very overgrown acrylics- long coffin shaped, about 5 weeks old, and two broken. I was very specific about asking how much my rebase was going to cost. My husband and I have been going to Forever Nails since they opened in Southlands over 10 years ago. This is a family business and we love all of them at this shop. They do a fantastic job and spend extra time adding little touches with our consent. These extras can take our end price over the base prices posted on the wall but are well worth it!! Shop is clean and service is consistent. Covid has changed some of the practices for payment in every industry. This only provides us more comfort in being able to pay without having to pass the credit card through various hands. They are friendly, talented, and overall amazing!! After my technician of 10 years relocated out of state. My daughter and I went to another place first and had such a bad experience that I was not sure I would continue to get my nails done. I called the shop and was able to get an appointment for myself and daughter same day. They had to take off the nails and do a whole new set for us both and we were okay with that and our nails looked AMAZING! I have gone back now 5 times and each time my nails and toes look AMAZING! The reason for only 4 stars would be the price on the wall is not the price that I seem to get charged, they are bit expensive at this salon.Services: Pedicures
