Got my haircut today here, there was a small misunderstanding from my part and my hair got cut a bit shorter than i expected ? it still looks good though and the guy who cut it was pretty chill

I called and asked if I needed an appointment and was told no. Upon arriving I waited less than 5 minutes before my haircut began. My barber Jr was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. I'm happy with my experience and I will definitely be back.

Went as a walk in for a bald taper with a trim on the top and sides. Communication wasn’t as good as I hoped for at first because of the barber not speaking much English. I left not fully satisfied, so I called and told them the situation. They told me to come back in and they would fix it. Barber Travis went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t leave if I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my haircut. I appreciate that my concern was dealt with patience and professionalism.
