“I just wanted to share my experience at Jeda. It was my second time there, and I have to say, I'm super happy with their customer service. I had an appointment at 6:30 pm, but unfortunately, the barber was running about 20 minutes late. However, I didn't mind waiting because the barber apologized for the delay. But then, Chuy, one of the staff members, offered to take care of me to make sure I wouldn't have to wait any longer than my scheduled appointment time. I was blown away by this kind gesture and it's exactly why I chose Jeda for my haircut in the first place. A friend recommended them to me, saying they do whatever it takes to get you taken care of at the scheduled time, and I couldn't agree more.
