“DO NOT HIRE/STAY AWAY”If I could I would give this guy 0 stars. Serviced our townhouse fireplace, a month later the switch went out and fireplace was running for a week since we weren’t at the house. Called Daniel and let him know then he ghosted us and won’t pick up the phone, won’t respond to text messages. Stay away, he will take your money and run! Terrible customer service and trash workmanship!!!!!!

I hired Daniel and his crew to level the floors in my basement - which required some grinding and pouring self leveling concrete. They did not adequately grind the areas that needed it yet poured all of the material. They said they would return to correct the elevated area with more grinding, but I've reached out for weeks and they are no longer responsive or answering the phone.I would avoid. Half done work and ghosted after paid. Do not trust them to do the right thing.

Avoid at all costs! I had my fireplace serviced, only for it to EXPLODE the next day! I have photos and thank God no one was near it when it happened!!!! He said that he would replace the glass but has ghosted me after MULTIPLE texts and emails. His 'secretary' that books his schedule was to call me back to no avail. After a month of trying to get in touch with him, I've refuted my service and ordered a new glass...will have to take him to small claims to get the $600 for the new glass back! PLEASE do yourself a favor and have someone else service your needs. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional!
