I love the calm vibe of the reception area; you immediately feel like you've crossed into an alternate reality. The spa music and comfy beds are great. I enjoy going to different masseuses (which I hope is never taken as a sign of dissatisfaction). Over the past three years I've not been disappointed once! Each of them has a different technique and rhythm; I like the variety.
Everyone working at Elements in Piney Creek makes me feel like a valued client, from the front desk person to the therapists. I used to have a long term membership at another spa and they constantly tried to move my appointments around to accommodate newbies. I like that Elements doesn't do that to us.
This is definitely going to be my new massage place. Such friendly staff and very respectful, fun and just make me smile and laugh so much. Great location close to shopping and such easy access.
So far I have had 2 90 minute massages with James and it’s been absolutely wonderful. Great pressure and checks in to make sure I’m doing good during the process.
I leave feeling completely rejuvenated in what I call a “massage haze” and excited for my next appointment. 10/10 recommend!
