the lady i spoke to on the phone was so rude and passive aggressive. immediately yelled at me for asking the process to switch to this comfort dental over another one in the springs. absolutely ridiculous. i felt like telling her to f*** herself. time to hire friendlier staff members.

I have been going here for about a year and Shonie is so helpful and accommodating really makes it a enjoyable experience every time I come in! The staff is amazing!

Office Experience is Always Awful!!! Everyone there is incredibly nice and super understanding, dentist is amazing! Except one lady, Sony, she's Awful! She works front desk and is the rudest person you could ever come in contact with. I'm not sure if she just hates her job that much but every time I talked to her or seen her it was the worst encounter. I've been paying on my kids braces for almost 4 years now and it's the same thing every time I talk to her, just rude! I'm not sure how she is even working there still but be careful if you chose this office because of her
