5 stars only because of the associate helping us! I forgot to ask his name unfortunately but he was super helpful after our car was coated with bugs. Gave us a complimentary wash after the first one did not clean it completely and then helped us with rags soaked in bug spray to especially clean the plate and grill. I will come back only because of his customer service!

I signed up as a new member but will be canceling after my first month :( the car wash process is easy but the few times I have gone I don’t even get to vacuum and dry my vehicle because the lines are super long with people that are waiting for a spot to free up I don’t think I should pay for a service that allows others to get for free! Unfortunately I will not be back!

They make it so easy and seamless to get your car washed there with membership, it's wild. Also their membership prices can't be beat. And then they also have nice damp towels to either dry and finish off your exterior or detail the interior with. Different hose types to choose from, including a little gray hose nozzle that will spray out any nooks and crannies in the vehicle. 10 out of 10
