If you’re wise and wish to save money; kindly avoid this place, especially Dr Eric for eye check up.
I had to redo my examination and there was a major difference in the prescription, was shocked!
The, whole process I was not confident, seeing how he processes, his major focus was on selling surgeries. Irony!!
Please avoid this place and inform your insurance if you have unpleasant experience!
i go to the doctor upstairs and have passed this office many times. when i was looking for a new eye doctor I remember this one because of the physical appearance from outside the doors. scheduling to make an appointment was really easy, checking in was really nice. The front desk lady was extremely friendly and made the whole process easy. The girl who took me back, was very friendly and explained everything that she was doing as she was doing it however everything kind of turned for the worst when they move me to another room to see the actual doctor. As a dr they were professional and kind . But as a business they are inconsiderate and petty. In this economy and in this day in age to charge some one for missing a appointment is un called for . With families struggling to make it. Then a dr office hound you over $75 dollars for a missed appointment is low and as if doctors don't make enough money. It probably cost more money to bill me then the fee was.. needless to say I won't be going back to this place.. and once you respond to this with every excuse.. it's fine. But charging some one for a missed appointment is greedy.
