Michal and Paul were very thorough and honest with the diagnosis of our issue. The company that installed our unit wouldn't respond to any correspondence. Best Heating Cooling and Air went above and beyond with their service. I would absolutely recommend them.
Very, very happy with these guys!!! Paul and Michael fixed the initial problem I called them about with my furnace. I then asked them about an unrelated problem I've been having with my A/C. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it as best they could for the time being without having to replace the whole A/C unit. My biggest worry was that they would try to upsell me on things I didn't need like a lot of other companies do, and they didn't do that. So thankful to have cool air now and thankful to have go-to people for all my HVAC needs. They are knowledgeable, honest and reliable, and prices are reasonable in comparison with other companies.
