I just switched my pet to Banfield and I couldn't be happier. The offer a wellness program which helps with the cost on some of the work, they have a very friendly staff and are constantly checking up on my pet. I am extremely happy to have found this new home.

I just transferred to this Banfield from another location which I took my babies to for over 10 years. I transferred here for to terrible experiences at other location. I do have the wellness plan (to all the others that left bad reviews due to pricing, I will tell you the wellness plan pricing is 100% worth it it covers the cost of the visit the shots I pay for medications only so for everybody complaining about the price check out the wellness plan) this Banfield was the cleanest I have ever been in. It is only our first visit but the visit did go very well. The ladies seemed very nice. And as to the one who left a negative review due to them taking their pets behind... read full review

I was extremely pleased with my new puppy preventative medicine care exam. The entire staff from start to finish at the E Hampden Ave location were friendly and professional and answered all questions I had.
