With the other orthodontists, I felt rushed and they were glossing over the biggest issue which was a big overbite.Aurora orthodontist set him up with a 3 part treatment starting with an expander, then metal braces for few months and finally with Invisalign.Dr lauson and his staff are very professional. They totally worked with me for a manageable payment plan and my insurance benefits.I highly recommend them.

I have received excellent care and service at Aurora Orthodontics & TMJ (AOTMJ) / Dr. Lauson. I had interference with my bite, Dr. Lauson recommended spreading my upper jaw and then straightening with Invisalign., 2 yrs. 8 months later I am extremely pleased with my bite, smile, and as an added bonus from widening upper jaw I breath and sleep better (vastly reduced my snoring). The entire staff is excellent, and I want to thank Leona specifically for her awesomeness / professionalism, attention to detail, and overall assistance when I had an issue.Steven Barela – Littleton, CO

The individuals are friendly & kind when it comes to service, however it seems that very few people are familiar with the plans put in place for patients. I have had several experiences where I have been told one thing, then something completely different the next time, it's been challenging to get clear answers. Most recently, when I opted to pick up in person a replacement item, they mailed it instead delaying it by an extra 2 days unnecessarily, and when I got the replacement there are issues with it that need to be corrected.
