Thomas at Anthony's Gold Auto Care exemplifies this and it speaks to the culture of compassion and customer service the shop values overall. I took my daily driver to figure out what was causing a constant vibration while I was driving. Very friendly and helpful! Had my own oil & filter. They are the only ones that I found who would change my oil and filter using my oil and filter. They got me in at my scheduled appointment time. I highly recommend them.
