Chelsey Hale is amazing! Any time she has cut my hair she has done such a beautiful job. She pays attention to the fine details and will take the time to make my hair just perfect. She makes you feel welcome and her personality is just as fabulous as her skills! She does everything! She has locked dreads for me, colored my hair, given me a simple trim, and has recently removed the old hair from my old dreads and given me a whole new bob style that I love!
