Dr. Rebecca is my chiropractor and she owns ALK. I watched her give a presentation on the science of food and it really seemed logical... so I signed up. I was assigned a wonderful dietician Mandy and the journey began.
My goals? First, I had two colonoscopies in a month. Enough said. I was done with that and wanted to figure out how to get fiber into my diet. Second, I wanted to get off my cholesterol meds. I watched my dad carry a small suitcase around full of meds all his life... read full review

Abundant Life Kitchens is a great health care service provider for anyone looking for Nutritional advice! There are a team of nutritionists that really know how to prescribe food as medicine. I would not hesitate to recommend getting scheduled with an appointment today!
