About Tonic Method - Aspen
Tonic Method offers a unique workout that combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Pilates. This full-body workout focuses on strengthening your core, thighs, butt, and arms. The classes utilize custom Pilates Reformers, which offer greater intensity and resistance than traditional reformers. Clients describe the instructors as friendly and encouraging, providing personalized attention and modifications to ensure correct form. The workout is challenging but effective, leaving participants feeling energized and motivated. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and offers a convenient schedule.
Very friendly from the moment I walked in. I’ve never taken a Pilates class with the machine so the instructor, Julia, was quick to explain all the parts and how it worked. She helped me throughout class to adjust where I was positioned to make sure I was doing each exercise correctly. She knew everyone’s name and would encourage us throughout the class. The class moved at the perfect pace and talk about the views of Aspen mountain while working out. Great full body workout that left my mood feeling boosted and am definitely feeling the workout the day after!
