The first time I went to see Molly, I was 9 months pregnant and ready to go in labor. She helped me relax and made me ready to have the baby! Next time, I had a shoulder injury that bothered me when I slept and no joke, the same night, I slept so good with very little pain. I’m a firm believer of acupuncture, in which I’ve gone to others before, but Molly also massages and digs deep to where it hurts so good! She uses cup therapy as well. Just recently, my plantar fasciitis flared up and she stuck needles in the best places and massaged my calves to help ease the pain. I highly recommend Molly for all of your healing needs!!

Molly Gaylord is an excellent practitioner of both massage therapy techniques and acupuncture. I am a retired doctor of physical therapy having practice since 1980, I've had lots of skilled folks work on me and work for me over the years, I have to say that my experience with her was exceptional and both the body work and acupuncture worked synergistically to achieve results that I have not been able to duplicate outside of my current practitioners at home. There are not enough adjectives to describe the excellent massage and acupuncture session I had with Molly. She came to my condo when I was visiting Snowmass and in two hours was able to provide me with both physical healing, but also emotional healing using trauma points for acupuncture. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and have 40 years of experience working with and having body work, acupuncture, manual therapy, I employed AP and LMT as well as practiced holistically. This was the best experience I have had in a resort setting or truly any setting outside my current providers in Florida. She truly is skilled, dedicated and has wonderful energy. I look forward to coming back to Snowmass as always, but she has a grateful client and true fan.
