Its true, these guys massage HARD and you sometimes needs to ask/demand gentler. I once had one of them tell me "no pain, no gain" and I was so stunned I just let him keep hurting me. But on the plus side, a lady there recently provided major relief and improvement on a compressed disc/ pinched nerve issue I've been struggling with for years so I am grateful, mystified and like usual, will probably end up going back. And yes, they rudely ask for MORE tip even if you're dissatisfied or tipping standard. Overall, kind of a weird experience for Aspen but I seem to still go back.

I want to say go, but there are a few things about this place that make it "not for everyone". The space is very bare bones, not what one expects from a salon or spa, especially in a high end town like Aspen. The staff barely speak English, so communicating with them about your needs, massage pressure, injuries and so on is near impossible. They are very rough around the edges, is how I'd put it. That being said, boy do they ever go at your feet. You will feel pain but also tremendous relief. And it's relatively cheap. So there you go, try if you dare, and you may end up loving it!

We were on vacation in Aspen for the X Games and were walking the downtown area. It was an action packed weekend. Our feet were killing us so we stopped in without an appointment and they took all three of us at once. Very happy with our experience here! Very nice people. I got my second wind and was able to make it to the last night of the event. I’m giving them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating! Thanks Again from Florida tourists ?
