This store is not disabled-friendly. There isn't anywhere to sit and rest to ponder your purchases. The aisles are created in a way that makes wheelchair access an absolute joke. The entrance doors are not automatic. The clerks were helpful and friendly in the extreme, so I chose 3 stars ? instead of 1.Do better, Ulta.

Store was clean and organized, checkout staff was nice. One employee kept following me around though and was not as sneaky about it as she thought. I’m not someone who would steal and didn’t appreciate being treated like I would.

I went in needing help with my wedding day look. Jordan was patient and helpful! I don’t wear makeup often so she went above and beyond to write me step-by-step directions. She was great!
