The dentist/technical staff are highly skilled, wonderful with patients and equipped with state of the art technology. The 4 star review is attributed to some challenges communicating with the office via phone, however the dental experience itself is/has been very favorable.

My thought based on experience at this location, with this dentist. I brought my son here for a check up and a few x-rays and conversations later my son needed to have extensive work done on his front teeth, which are healthy baby teeth. The dentist suggested that we put him under nitrous and crown them with silver. Of course we ran the other way and saw a second opinion. I didn't bring my son back to this dentist. Fast forward into the next year, this location also services adults and their dental care. My partner goes in to have a check up and obviously needs work done. All is said and done getting a wisdom tooth pulled included. The dentist does not prescribe an antibiotic or pain pill except for ibuprofen. Which we had asked 2x for at least one good pain reliever. I respect this dentist opinion. Wholeheartedly, his opinion was very strong on narcotics. Speaking against them, stated his opinion that he self medicate himself with only ibuprofen after getting teeth pulled, etc. He also stated that he did not have his DEA to prescribe pain relievers such as oxy, nevertheless to a 29-year-old adult. Immediately he went into that rant about his opinion. And I respect that he has a big heart, especially these days . Now a few days later after getting a split infected tooth pulled, and a cavity filled, and a crown, my partneris in serious pain. Has a possibly infected tooth and we are scrambling for second opinions from nearby dentistry offices. Listen, it is crazy to understand this, this dentist is so easily putting kids under nitrous gas without a second thought, and performing all these procedures/minor surgeries on little mouths, and also said procedures on adults in the same office. He will not prescribe adults antibiotics or adequate pain relievers. Moms, its scary to think what could have happened to myself or my little one here. -plus the tooth cleaning at this location is a joke, they pretty much brush your teeth and floss them for you and that's it! There's nothing special about it, it was quite sorry to say that was the case at all.

The dental work was good but I learned in the middle of my procedure they would not be able to take my delta dental insurance.. I did have out of system coverage, so they submitted my claim but they filed it wrong. Left many messages and I am being ignored. Out about $800. Get someone from corporate to file your insurance claims please!! Will not be going back because of incompetent office staff! And after I said my stuff and cancelled my other appointments, they keep scheduling me for new appointments which I cancel. They finally got back in touch with me and didn’t realize they already sent in a claim which was rejected. They lost everything.. they should give me my money back. Probably will try to file with the Colorado State Insurance Committee

Everything was good and workers their were nice but they overcharged me and told me I would get a refund of almost $300 in 5-10 business days well I waited the whole 10 days and nothing I called and they told me that I should be getting it the next day but I have still not gotten my money back. It is very unprofessional of them and I will not be taking my kids back.
