RJI helped us put everything back together after the tornado/hail storm in July 2023. They replaced the roof and skylights, gutters and exterior paint. All was done professionally and communication was great throughout the process.

Nick and Lu at RJI helped me fix my house after a hailstorm in 2023. They managed to get me a new roof, all new windows, a new garage door, full house paint and many other items. My home has never looked better and I thank Nick and Lu for their dedicated effort the get everything covered by my insurance company. I didn’t want to believe Nick when he told me we were underpaid but everything he said would happen did. Then once the work started all of the crews were very easy to deal with and did and excellent job from the actual install to cleanup. We've been very impressed with RJI from the jump. Our home got hammered with a significant hailstorm last June for the second consecutive year. Our insurance okayed replacing the roof, but when RJI came out to verify the extent of the damage they found 10 damaged windows, damage to our kitchen skidding door and significant damage to our siding as well. Michael Willis was our first RJI employee we met, he and Andrew Masters submitted their additional findings to our insurance adjuster and the bottom line is their submission was 100 percent approved (thank you Farmers), so in addition to the roof replacement we had 10 windows, our kitchen sliding door and the entire... read full review
