Ted was prompt and courteous. He inspected the roof in a timely manner. Afterwards he showed me the pictures of the roof and in detail explained them. He answered all of my questions thoroughly.

PRQ did a complimentary roof inspection at my home in Highlands Ranch since they were working in the neighborhood. They weren't pushy at all. They didn't find any issues during the inspection and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need.

We had many sales reps come to our door to look at our roof for hail damage after a pretty severe storm. We finally gave in to about the 6th person that knocked (mainly because it was a weekend during the day and not the evening of a weeknight), and I'm happy we did. PRQ was extremely efficient and timely with getting our roof replaced. Dan A was kind and ensured the process would be easy and that they'd help us along the way.
